My Style

Hello fashionistas. Today, I will be writing about my personal style. My style is simple and, I think, pretty original. I'm the kind of girl who will put different patterns together just to see what it would be like. I'm not afraid to wear anything, so if hate comes my way, you have to realize that I don't care. I like who I am, and I don't want to change because one person doesn't like it. I have a passion for fashion and no one can take that away from me. I also will totally wear Converse to prom, so there!
Today is just a one-picture article. I made it on this really cool website that I've been on for a year now. It's polyvore.com. You basically make collages of provided items, and trust me, there are more items than you think! It's just page after page of cool things. What's even more sweet about it is that it tells you how much everything costs and where you can buy it. The website is completely free and fun. If I get more followers, I will put my user name on here so you can find me.
Alright, enough with my useless typing... Here is a design I did on polyvore.com about my personal style.

My Style
So this is it. You can see I am totally going through a scarf phase right now. I've been told that I dress like a dancer. I like loose tops with scarves and tight pants. Boots are my favorite shoes, with ballet flats and heels a close second. I don't wear dresses all that often, but I found some cute ones that I would wear. All accessories are from pashmina to knit by my mom. :) I also really like vests. I don't have too many, but I wish I did. They are sooo cute! I do realize my color palette is very... bland. I have a lot of grey, but I do try to match it with bright colors.

Other Things That I Wear (Not Shown)
-Leg Warmers
-Tall Socks
-Fingerless Gloves
-Sweats

Things I Wouldn't Be Caught Dead In
-Orange Polyester

I'm sure there is more that I wouldn't be caught dead in, but that was all I could think of. I believe that's it for today. Check back another time because I should be posting articles more often. Have a super fantastic day. Bye!

Love,

Fashion Show

Hello everyone! As you know, yesterday was the U of M fashion show! It was amazing! I had the greatest time, and I took a lot of pictures! I took so many that if I showed them all, the article would be the longest article in the history of articles! So, I've decided to keep it fresh (waz up dawg) an simple! I'm just going to show you my top 5 favorites! One from the sophomore class, one from the junior class, and three from the senior class! So without wasting another second with my useless mumbling, here is my favorite from the sophomore class!

Dragon Ball?
If the program went in order, this design is called "Dragon Ball." If the program did not go in order, then I am screwed because I have no idea what it is called. For me, in the sophomore class, it was tough to choose! There were so many that I loved! They were all so beautifully made, and they all looked fantastic! I just had to pick this one out of the others because it was a design that I could totally see myself wearing!

Make it Rain
Luckily in this part of the program, there were descriptions! Now I know for sure this one is called "Make it Rain," because it is made of repurposed umbrellas! This one stood out for me in color and structure! The middle bodice is clear and looked cooler in person than the picture! Again, something I actually wouldn't mind wearing! Call me crazy, but I think it would be a unique, fun party dress! Also, the pieces in the junior class were all amazing, but this one beat the rest!

I know the picture sucks...
I know the picture sucks, but they were moving! This girl had her power walk on that night! Anyway, this is my first favorite out of three for the senior class. You should be able to tell, this dress is sparkly. This designer was one of the few who added sparkle. This dress is very nicely put together looks pretty high fashion to me! For the third time, I would buy and wear this! The designer says that the collection is inspired by women who appreciate beauty, femininity, and extravagance.

This girl has flower power :)
Ohmigosh, tell me this is not beautiful! You can't see it, but the detail in this is amazing and flawless! The vest is attached in the back with a pretty stitched design! I don't know what to say but how much I love it! I just can't get over it! Seriously! The designer's inspiration were flowers, after she look a long walk in a garden! The rest of her designs had some sort of floral design as well. Also, do I have to say for the fourth time that I could envision myself in this?

I wish "blurriness" didn't exist...
For my final favorite senior design, this is a wedding dress, actually. But how can you say no to this dress! I wish blurriness didn't exist, but what am I to do about that. The detail in this design is gorgeous! All the layers are so amazing! I love the way she carries the strapless! The designer says she wants there to be a sense of individual beauty and a different color palette.

Well, those are my top five favorite designs. I might post a different article later on some more pictures! I think this is it for today. I don't really know when I will post again but I might also do an article on school fashions. Oh well, that is for me to figure out later. I hope you all have a great day! Isn't it funny? I say all but there really isn't anyone who reads this. I guess I'm just writing to myself.

With love,

Grammy Favorites

Alrigthy! Hey there everyone! I hope everyone had a nice and fun night watching the Grammys! I know I did! Although the morning wasn't as fun, and school was worse (I was dizzy like all day), I still took rockin pictures! (Kinda) I had to take the pictures of the TV screen and some from the Grammy app... but I still got the clothes!
Enough with the random rambling. Let's get on with the outfits! I didn't do any men because I wanted to stick to the dresses. I didn't catch all of the names of the people or brands, but enjoy the clothing anyway.

Katy Perry
I actually loved Katy Perry's Dress! It is made up of little light blue flowers and diamonds. I thought it was really elegant! It matched her hair nicely and was better than her later outfit for her performance... She went a little space trekker on me...

I don't know who this is...
I have no idea who this is and I'm so sorry but I think she's darling!!! I love the hair, the makeup, the shoes, and especially the dress! It is so funky and cool! The flounciness at the bottom is gorgeous, yet it has a sweet simplicity to it!

Jesse J I think...
Alright, this is Jesse J i believe. If you know me, which you don't, I love sparkles. This, and Katy Perry's blue dress, fits my sparkle needs perfectly! The stripes give it that edgy look that Jesse is known for. I liked it, and I thought it fit her nicely.

Carrie Underwood
OMG, I love Carrie and I think this looks beautiful. Again, with the sparkles, it adds the perfect flow of... of... just wonderfulness! The mermaid bottom is one of my favorites and like great on her and finishes the look. I believe it's a tulle bottom as well.

Adele
Adele, the 6 time Grammy winner. The British sensation that took America by storm. She is the cutest thing I have ever seen. Before I talk about her dress, I just want to say that no matter how "fat" some people say she is, don't bother trying to bring her down, because that obviously means you're trying to bring her down to your level. Anyway, love the dress. The polka-dots with the sparkly lace looks great and matches her style and personality. It has a sweet satin waistband too. She also had another change before this.

Cop from Person of Interest
This is the cop from the show Person of Interest. (I love that show!) I didn't get a picture of the whole thing but you can guess or google it. Basically, it is straight all the way down. The sparkles at the waist thin out towards the bottom. I totally think pink is her color. Her hair and earrings go great with the dress. You cant see the shoes, but I bet they're cute too!

Kelly Clarkson
Her dress is beautiful and she is beautiful! It works itself well. The simplicity of the black with the criss-cross sparkles is perfection! I don't have much to say about this dress except that I love probably the best!

Tay Tay Swizle
Taylor Swift, looking as gorgeous as ever. This dress is very unique and I love the individual patterns of sequins all over this dress. You guys should also google the neckline of this dress because, seriously, it's like a work of art!

Well, that covers not even half of what went on at the 54th annual Grammy awards. I hope you guys enjoy! I believe the next time I will be posting is on Sunday. I am going to a U of M fashion show. Then in March, for spring break, I will be hitting the streets of Europe! So that's it for today! Don't forget to comment and follow me! Bye guys!

My Superpower

Hi guys! I'm A. Secret! I love fashion and gossip! My favorite color is sparkly. I love ALL animals, so that means I do not wear real fur, no matter how in fashion it is. If you have any questions for me, comment!
I decided to start blogging because I like to share my opinion and I'm sick of Facebook. Fashion is my superpower. It might sound weird, but the text book definition for superpower is something you're passionate about, or good at, that nobody knows about.
Any events that I attend (that have to do with fashion, of course), I will try to take pictures of. I want to kick tonight off with pictures from the Grammys. Next week, I will be going to a fashion show, sooo that's that. This is my first official post and I hope whoever reads this enjoys!
Love,
A. Secret
P.S. I will remain A. Secret. No pictures or names from this girl :)
